Message	Anyone out there ever done business with Capital Wheels, Gardena, CA?? Are these guys reputable?? I am looking at buying some chrome wheels from them...exchange for my OEM wheels. They charge an $800 core deposit, and refund it when your old wheels arrive and are not damaged. They said if I didn't return Turbo rear wheels, they would charge an extra $500, deducted from my deposit. Thanks in advance...
