Message	: i heard its sometimes done through the virginia dmv, but VERY ILLEGAL I figured it wasn't a good idea since it had a salvaged title. The weird thing is that it was salvaged in Iowa and is now in Michigan. I just wondered if I could buy it, fix it up, and get a clean title. I am really unsure how the salvage title thing works.
