It's because you are using SHITTY CHEAP tires.

Rain doesn't hurt cars. You can drive the Z in the rain on public streets. You can drive the Z at the autocross in the rain. You can drive the Z at a roadcourse at 130 mph in the pouring rain...

And still not go out of control... If you have PROPER TIRES. and don't fucking full boost everywhere.

ARRRRRRRRRRRRGGGHHHHHHHHHH.
