I have lots of vehicles now, so I drop from several vehicles, and not all of them have fire and theft in the winter either. I use Progressive at the moment. Don't remember the company I had before. By the way, always say "I'd like to suspend the insurance on my car", NOT "cancel" and do not ever just let it lapse. In Illinois, your rates jump by a lot if you have your only car totally uninsured for any period of time, even if you swear you didn't drive it or were out of the country. "Suspended" insurance counts as insurance for this purpose. Ask me how I know...
