Message You should only expect less than 1V-1.5V of power to come from the
stock unit as it is only outputting a line level signal.The output from the
Bose Headunit is not a "speaker level" output, but rather a line level
output. The stock Bose head unit outputs very minimal power and relies
on the internal amplification of each speaker enclosure.

You will need to convert the signal. This conversion can be done easily
using 10:1 voltage divider circuit.

Many people say that "Bose Sucks"...1. Because that is what other
say...2. Because they don't understand what Bose is trying to do...3. It is
much easier to just change your system with aftermarket version and
done. with your audio project (less head ache).

In reality the Bose HU is a good unit. It's just that they are using some
proprietary methods that are not easily compatible with todays easy
plug-n-play setups.
