Message	if it is overkill, but worth the dollars per hp it produces. It is an expensive upgrade considering you have to do cams, valvetrain, vtc springs, and if you don't want the dreaded vtc noise, then you need a pair of bde cam gears. My calculations (and pocketbook) say that is about $2k parts without any headwork.
