Message	I've always had exceptional service from COZ. YES, he was wrong. Yes, he has lost a lot of business due to this. Yes, he was doing damage control when caught. You would have done the same if you were caught, its human nature. Don't believe your above it, not many today are. His service has always been great, his prices fair, and his shipping quick and reasonable. I've ordered from various vendors and base all future purchases on service and price. If you don't want to buy from him, don't. If your new to this site, then search. Otherwise, lets move on as this has been addressed to many times. The power is in your wallet, use that as your voice.
