Other than the oil lines, you didn't list anything I didn't list... (wastegate bracketry, compressor side flanges, etc). I still don't think it's too much work if the deal on the turbo is good enough, but you're also talking to someone who has fabricated an entire fuel system (+ more) for an L28ET swap into an S30, so perhaps it's scary and/or tedious to other people. :::shrug::: In general, for the average garage Z32 technician, I agree with you - cheaper to buy a kit. But I'm just no longer scared of modification. :)
