Last night as most of you know I wrote of my Z ;(. Now my question is The officer at the scene sat me down in his car to get my statement. He also said he had to ticket me for something and wrote up a !46(1) speed in municipality ticket. He asked how fast I was going and I said I was unsure. the posted limit was 50km/hr and he wrote me a ticket for 70-80. The officer also proceeded to say if I was to dispute the ticket he would "try his hardest to get me for undue care". I'm unsure of what to do here as I've never been in a accident before. I'm just wondering how I can recieve a speeding ticket after the crash with no witnesses to it?...what do you guys think I should do and has this ever happened to you?
