| There are many things that add a small amount of power yet add risk or harshness to a Z. You cant judge a modified car one mod at a time. It's a package. Of all my mods the electric fan setup is probably the riskiest but the flexalite controller includes an override function which puts the fan in high speed mode. I've never had to use it but that's one of the reasons I chose it. When I return to the track next year, I'll be using the over ride switch to run the fan full blast to cool down after a trip down the stip. You can't do that with a mechanical fan.
