It will definitely take some time and effort focused on the "Customer Service" part of things. Ash has a lot of talent and a lot of knowledge concerning our cars and with time, I hope that can translate to good products at fair pricing for those of us who plan on keeping our babies... Like I said, it will take time to heal a lot of the bad memories people on this forum (and other forums) have about the past. This is to be expected. Stick it out and the business should be fine in the long run as long as the customer service is there. Just my .02. Rob Dawkins
