Speeddeemn's 1991 Twin Turbo that is in the Classifieds on 6/19/01. He has a link there to a website that gives the history of the car and about 10 pictures. The car seems to be in immaculate condition inside and out and I have spoken with him several times at length and researched his old posts where I learned that the car was at stage III but now is back to stock. The car overheated a couple of times as a result of the head gasket problem described on the webpage but the problem was taken care of. There has been no maintanence problems since 62k miles. He says the turbo's are in great shape and he did have a turbo timer. He says they spool up very quickly and that the more turbo lag a car has the more likely the turbo's are not in that good of shape. I want a car that is going to be reliable and where I don't have to replace the turbo's in 20k miles. I am going to get the VIN run and likely do a compression test. What do you guys think...does it look like a wise purchase? Thanks for the help.
