Quiet--check, no road roar
Rain--check I guess, I wouldnt know, but what do want from wide tires in rain?
Life--3.5 yrs, a few track days, 13 passes at the strip, & 18-23k-ish miles (rears still ok, fronts pretty well worn)
Grip-- plenty of grip for a street tire, considering all of the above I still managed a pretty good lap time at Hallett
Price--$830 shipped back in winter '06 for 17" in 245/275'sI have yet to see or hear of a better value street tire. Dunno if they come in 16. Maybe just pick-up a nice set of used 17" wheels somewhere?
