Message Ichikoh manufactures the lights - but Nissan had to get the design approved by DOT. They were some of the first headlights @ that angle (I wanna say 30 degrees) and if nissan had been unable to have the design approved, there was a contingency plan to sell the car with pop-up headlights. You'll note that all slant-nosed cars of the time had pop-up headlights. DOT required that the actual headlight be perpendicular to the road surface.

With regard to selling them - of course they do - just go down to your dealership and order a replacement.
