They are at fault if anything is wrong, but I never would have let them under the hood without me being there. If for some reason I couldn't be there, its an automatic concern if they notated oil/coolant levels. I guess it depends on where you rank your Z. Is it precious? just a car? or just a daily driver?
If you consider it something special, don't take your eyes off it when someone else has your keys!
