Message	there is no way a pelican can distract you to a point in which you have to maneuver the way this guy probably did to end up in that lagoon. I'm from Houston and I've been through that location multiple times and believe me, there's no way that guy would've end up there if he was going at 75-80 mph, there's plenty of grass and mud to stop you.
