What you need to do is to approacht eh mechanic who is responcible for the ngligent repairs first off, in a very quiet sincere manney, backed up with written documentation and reciipts of labor and parts paid for, int he initial service contract, as well as a 3 party appraisal of the cars current status, ie..SGP, etc.. If, at that point the pre mentioned mechanic is unwilling or unable to negotiate, you may depending upon teh estimated amount of repairs opt to persue it in small claims court, or civil litigation, in either wayI will gurantee the shop will rather shell out a settlement than have an attorney of court cost to deal with. If, you have any legal questions feel free email me rob@ecza.org or IM me ( na300zxusa ) I can find the state statutes in Texas for you, very easily as a law student. Hope this helps. -Rob
