| They won't sell you a replacement part for a 17 year old purchase made and installed by someone else and removed (and broken) by brute force? Say it ain't so! I understand they are not doing much to assist you, but I just don't picture 100,000 bins with every conceivable part they've ever sold. I picture a box with a complete short shifter in it. If you won't buy the whole thing, someone else will. I think after 17 years old its time to buy a new one. There are lots of cheaper alternatives out there (with better customer service records).
