| After some research today, I found out that you were shipped everything you ordered in a timely manner except the rear emblems. From the order comments that we fill out (which also automatically sends you an e-mail with status and comments) I see that we let you know that those emblems did not ship, at which time you had the option to wait or cancel the order. I'd appreciate your rebuttal. I want to know if there is more to this and what you feel we've done so wrong that you needed to publicly scold us.
