dick. Laughing to myself I guess. I have had to deal with chargebacks a lot because of various reasons. Amex has by far the best customer service of any creditor. I use them as much as possible but you are correct many places don't accept them. I'm not sure if it's because they charge more to use or if it's because of amex's fantastic customer service. They will issue chargebacks many months later and will usually take their customer's word over vendors, if that's what it comes down too.
