The VG is stock, including turbos I would imagine.
At 19psi, the stock turbos are not really efficient
That huge a$$ turbo on the 2JZ isn't stock.
IF the VG had had a pair of Sport 500s, or 700s, the race would have been
more fair.
He doesn't mention his power levels, so I can't really tell what turbo the VG
would have needed to be at a similar power level.
