that car magazines called it "tacky" when the car's model and trim was labeled everywhere on the interior. I remember like it was yesterday when everyone and their uncle went through the hassle of getting their cars "de-emblemized" for that "clean look". Now, we, as car enthusiasts, are paying top dollar to undo something we hated and undid? Is it because "the more things change, the more things stay the same" or is it because we like to contradict ourselves?
