In my family we have a Touch 1G, iPhone3G, iPhone2G and an old school 80GB wheel iPod. Of course, the wheel works with everything, but the rest of them are hit or miss. After a firmware update, my current Alpine works on everything (with error messages). On my Pioneer AVIC-Z1 (with Z3 software) I can only get the old iPod to work. I think I read it was a voltage difference somewhere, but I forget the details. I am sure someone on here knows for sure. Aggravating. I want my Pandora to work everywhere :)
