if the oil pump that was taken out of your engine ran perfectly fine....had no issues...maintained oil pressure perfectly. You cleaned it and put it back together...you mean to tell me you wouldn't trust it? Even if its ported you still wouldn't trust it? That sorta means you have no faith in the OE product in its entirety. No clearances have been changed what so ever. The only thing that is different in the pump are that the passages are made more efficient. Outside of that its an OE pump off the shelf.
Im starting to see more and more reluctance on parts no ones ever really thought of working on. If it weren't for a few of us that dive into these parts the community wouldn't be where its at today. Honestly we are so far behind the curve its no wonder why most frown on the Z32.
