Ok so on Thursday I called Greddy USA to ask about the warranty card being in Japanese. What I was told that as long as I had the reciept the would warranty there products for one year. I had been waiting until I recieved my new controller from Z1 and was planning on posting the final outcome. I haven't recieved the controller yet because I asked z1 to hold off till today to ship it. This morning I got my fedex ship notification. This morning I also had an email from Bryan Dungcan from Greddy asking me to call and let him know what was going on. Apparently some one emailed them a link to this thread. After hearing my whole story he wanted me to fill confident that the controller I should have got from z1 was legit and would be warranteed. He also said that even if I lost the reciept Z1 should have a copy of my invoice and Greddy would honor that. I am really impressed with Gredddy and wish more company were this helpful. Bryan even sent me a cheat sheet explaining how to program my controller. Additoonsly Bryan at Greddy said he works with Bryan at z1 all the time. Looking back if I had known this would blow up like this I would of waited till everything was resolved. I was however I was rightfully very frustrated with z1 and will be until I get my controller from z1. Thanks for everyones input. Twintutbo.net is the Poo.
