I left work early to go get inspection, and I pulled both T-tops off and then tried to roll down teh pass window but it would only go down about halfway before stopping solidly. That window has always been a bit slow up and down, so I figured it's time was just up. Didn't notice the hit until I was at the inspection place walking around and looked back at my Z. WTF?! Took me a couple seconds to comprehend what it was, since that was the side facing away from the other cars where I park. They had to actually back up across the road that goes around the parking lot (wide enough for cars to pass each other going each way and then some) and then across the hatched section of the end portion of the diagnonal parking spot I was in. zfreak, not Volk's :-) The paint is original on that side (~240K miles now), and I last detailed it 2 years ago using my Porter Cable and Menzerna products. McGuire's claybar, Menzerna Final Polish II and glaze, and Black Fire carnuba wax and sealant. It looked much better then, and hasn't been waxed since. Has been washed several times, so does have some micro scrathes now to scatter the light. I have an ancient Canon 10D I shoot with. I use a Tamron 28-75 lens 99% of the time. Thanks for the comments. For some reason I'm not as upset or mad as I should be. Maybe having kids changes your perspective, lol.
