you dont need all those subs and to hit 150db.
I was at a SPL contest here in Toronto last weekend and Chase Audio had 1 of their trucks there that hit 167db.
that roof buckell and flexed and the windows almost blew out
That took home the trophy with only 3 15" subs.The "key" to getting high SPL is not in the system but the car itself.
spend money making sure the inside of the car is airtight.
this should improve your SPL by at least 3-5dbs.
: Thinking about getting into that again with this car. Don't want to take it to the track every week,,LOL. So like two 18's with four 10's running behind the seats and oooohhhh, I don't know 4 sets of 6" mid bass'es tweeters, with Eight amps, 2 more 1.2 caps and another 2 more Opt. Batt, should get me near 150Db's.............
