Message	The original issue here came about from John trying to help a local customer who believed his Pro Fec B was defective. A new head unit was removed from a box on the shelf and plugged into the customer's car, without the box being tagged as missing a part, the box was put back into inventory and then shipped out by mistake. It was an oversight, and a lack of QC by the shipping department, but that was it. No grand schemes, no conspiracies, and no black market smuggled Greddy goods.
