No worries. Give them a call in the a.m. They are tired from the drives to and from ZCon. Either that or you need to dig deeper into the packing.
:Hi everyone I just wanted share how bummed I was tonight when I got :my package from Z1. Well I ordered a Z1 ECU and a Greddy Profec B :SPEC 2 on 28 september and I finaly got my package from FEDEX. I had :been so geeked up that as soon as I got home and fixed my daughter :some dinner. I proceded to check out my new toys. Evey thing was :going good until I got to unpacking the boost controller. Well I almost :threw up when I realized the controller was missing out of the Greddy :box. I even looked at the warranty card and how it said it was only good :in japan without noticing the controller was missing. After I checked to :make sure everything else was there I looked at the GReddy box and :realized there was no factory seal. I dont know that there is supposed to :be one though. The worse part is I live in California and Z1 was closed :by the time I got home. I did send them an Email explaining the situation :. I am also going to call them first thing in the morning. In the meantime :I figure I should call FedEx to make them aware of the situation. I hope :this can get resolved tommorow so I dont have to call my credit card :company to have the charge disputed. If any one has had a similar :problem with Z1 please email me. Also if anyone has any good advice on :what else I should do please let me know. :Im sure that Z1 will take care of me and I cant wait to share with :everyone the awesome customer service that I anticipate them giving :me. :Rudy
