Message	Napa isn't doing anything wrong. They get the oil from Valvoline and Valvoline still makes their money with the deal they have with Napa. That's completely a different story. This is NOT where someone was getting a manufacturer's permission to put their name on a product. It's not even remotely close to the same thing. This is someone else stealing someone's product, copying them, and selling them as their own. Your examples are not even in the same ballpark as what went on here.
