Message I just wanted to give a shout out to specialty Z and this site. I am a new
Z owner and really appreciate all the information that is available on this
site. I recently purchased a 93 TT converted 2+2 and I love it. One of
the few problems that I have found with the car was the seat rails were
loose. The previous owner had installed a nice set of BRIDE reclinable
seats but didnt get the proper brackets. While investigating how to fix
them I discovered that there installation was really shoddy and
dangerous. I decided that the only way to fix this problem would be to
order a set of BRIDE seat rails. Well after calling the distributor and
about 8 authorized dealers, I came to the conclusion that no one carried
them and the earliest I could get them was in 6 weeks because they had
to come from Japan. Well before I commited and had to wait 6 weeks
without driving my Z I figured I would give specialty Z a calll since I'm in
SoCal. I was sure that they wouldnt carry them but they were able to
refer me to a local fabricator (Wendle @ Wedge Enginering) who could
fabricate a custom set for less than half the price by Saturday. So thanks
Specialty Z UR tha Poo.
