| This tool I designed to help in the un-torquing and torquing of the intake and exhaust timing gear fasteners. My previous design only worked on the 90 to 93 intake gears, this tool will work on all years gears along with holding the exhaust gears also. The final result posted is Version 5A. The pic below shows the tool next to a intake timing gear

Every tool is hand assembled to a timing gear for proper fit, and each tool is also pre- torque tested to 180 ft-lb of torque. Here is a video of the torque testing. In the video you can't really see the torque value, but it's there. |
