Message pics 33 and 34, then he doesn't owe you anything. You can clearly see that something is wrong with them in a lot of the pics and its your responsibility to make sure they were right. You may have wanted to ask for additional photo's. He's willing to give you your money back w/o shipping and that is more than fair. I don't think you should have to send them back as they are shot. If Nick didn't send that link and there are other pics in question, then I can't make a determination without seeing what you saw before buying. IMO
