Message	i just actually took a look at this last night. Its really helpful. It LOOKS complicated i know, but its simple. Just just z32.org to host, post the picture, and then type in the different heights and widths (tip: use desk top settings for #'s. i.e. 640X480 = (width=640 height=480)) or you could just get a copy of photoshop.
