To me, you can't legally claim it's 93 and sell it as 93 if it is not 93, correct? If it's not 93, eventually the sticker will be replaced with the true rating, correct? These people I am talking to are trying to get me to accept the premise that the truck stop owners/managers are deliberately lying to customers and selling inferior gasoline at premium prices, and thereby deliberately breaking the law.
