As you mentioned, you will not get the $$$ you want from selling the NA and if you sell it for whatever someone pays for it, finding a clean and unmolested TT is going to be difficult and most likely cost a lot more than what you got for the NA. Not forgetting that you might have to get the TT shipped. Anyways, if the NA is clean do a TT conversion. You said you want to have someone else do it, so find someone who knows what they are doing and do it correctly.
