Message	as far as the intake goes, don't worry about the cone filters (JWT POP charger for example) - when installed correctly, they bolt to the splash shield, so you shouldn't have water issues. Check out SpecialtyZ or B&B for a nice looking/sounding/performing exhaust (catback or turbo back - if your Z is TT).
