| Maybe it's not obvious but the reason people keep buying from him (or trying to) is at least partially because they're not informed. They're focused on fixing a problem or making an improvement to their car. They're probably not checking the general forum 20x a day, which is what it takes to get a sense for the magnitude of this problem before entire threads gets deleted by trigger-happy mediators. If you want to make folks aware voice your concerns or add a link within posts related to a specific topic such that when an unknowing member does a search on that topic --like experienced members keep flaming folks to do-- they might find this relevant information too. Otherwise members will continue to be impressed with Ash's considerable contributions to this site and respectable sounding Ash-spec site and easily underestimate the time they'll waste waiting for a response --to say nothing of a product.
