Message	Man, I tell you what...it was a long haul...hands down, the toughest experience of my life. I can't tell you how many times I said to myself "I'm too old for this (bleep)!!!" Having to live there 5 days/nights a week was brutal...I lost over 40 lbs over 27 weeks - a combination of stress, sleep deprivation (avg was 4 hrs/night), and the PT Nazi's pushing us to the brink of death...a least that's what it felt like ;-) Candice was amazing. She picked up the slack, took care of little Faith (now 15 mos old), and still worked a few days a week to boot! Say hey to Ash from me and Can...and let's plan on getting together sometime soon. -Josh
