Message their. You would think that the older car would be very out dated compared to todays sports cars. Now the Vette C5 is a very well designed car, anyone can read up on that. But the Z twinturbo never looking like a ten year old car, well never really be out dated. At a price of 12k to 18k or so ( miles , year ), you have a lot to play with compared to where you start out with the C5.
The Z has best of both worlds, things you'd find in the luxury cars like heated mirrors,climate controll, air bag ( 91-93 ) dual air bag ( 94up ), and sports car features like four wheel stearing ( HICAS ), adjustable suspension etc.
Where some updating doesn't need to be done, you would be robbing yourself of the car full potential. Your asking about 400rwhp, that's not hard to get. In fact, Mike their put down 400+rwhp on stock turbo's. Ask him about that stuff. I myself are heading their too. But look at these stages which sure owning a NA, you probley have come across at some point.Turbo cars need to be babied some, like turbo timers to cool the turbo's down after hard runs, change oil at the right time, not when you get around to it. But with a car like this, that comes natural to do........
