Message	threatening. I was working on the yard of an apartment I own which is on on a 4 lane street. All of the sudden I heard this metallic screeching sound coming from the direction of the road. I looked over to see the front wheel of a pickup rolling out in front of the truck it had fallen off of. The road runs downhill in the direction the wheel was heading so it had a chance of a long solo run at about 25 mph. Now this is normally a busy street but oddly not a single car was on the 200 to 300 yards of road it travelled before stopping. Chance favors the informed
