Message Coating on the inside of the manis that flakes off--not coating on the inside
solves that--and failure and cracking due to heat retention.

If just coating on the outside eliminates concerns about heat retention, fine
and dandy. But it seems to me that SZ could just as effectively dealt with
concerns over liability or bad PR by saying "don't coat on the inside" as
"don't coat at all" if the former is what they truly believed to be optimum.

But I really just posted the bit from SZ to get a discussion going about if
coating was a good idea and, if so, where to coat.
