I bought Noltec's a few years back before their suck status was known. I have since put less than 6K miles on the car and they are staring to go bad. They and smashing down like a marshmallow and splitting apart all across the base. We have installed some of the urethane ebay mounts though and they were surprisingly nice. They were solid in the middle and urethane on the outside so they don't smash like the Noltec's but they do have some give to make the car feel smooth.
