Message	find who is the best in your area. Most of the chains just have monkeys who they have taught to run a computer. No, they might not know you have never been lowered. They don't have stock ride height specs to measure the car with and don't care much to either. Like I said, if it is adjusted all the way already, new parts will be needed to make corrections.
