I am not sure if the Z will get any air time but my Crew will for sure, see below. The show will air on the Speed Channel tomorrow, Thursday the 6th at 8:00PM. I qualified with a 9.98 Second 144 MPH pass and made the finals. I was eliminated in first round. Four cars ahead of me the guy blew his engine oiled down the track and the right lane was never the same for about an hour, so I went up in smoke as soon as I launched. Had a blast any way and tried to represent the Z community as I went head to head with all the trailed in muscle cars on slicks. I was on Hoosier street drag radials and the car was just the way I drive it to work minus about 5 PSI in the rear tires. In qualification I beat a wheel standing Chev and a Mustang with a parachute…they were both sand bagging for sure but I beat them both on the big end…by driving right around them.
