in effect gets a $4500 tax cut. That's easy mathematics. It is only an entitlement for people who paid less that $4500 in taxes...and those people generally can't afford cars. You really did make me laugh. If this was an across the board $4500 tax cut, you'd be dancing in the street. Instead, it's a tax cut with a string attached, and you turn it into a liberal conspiracy. Your ranting is hard to follow, but I think I agree with some of it. It isn't expressed very well though. Sorry.
