I Commute that far in my 90TT everyday, or atleast have for the past two years. No real issues, other than buying new tires two to three times a year. Gas and oil changes get expensive, but nothing else major has gone wrong thus far. Even the clutch has held for the 55+k that I have put on it in the past two years. I also take the car to the mountains of North Carolina and drive the sh*t out of it about once a month as well. The only problems I have had have been mostly a result of the mountains, stock rotors warped pretty quickly, shocks seem to be giving more than they used too, and TNC bushing had to be replaced. Oh and I broke a lower control arm, while doing something stupid. Pretty friggin good reliability IMHO for a 300hp 10year old car with over 120k on it.
