Message As much as i despise and hate and oppose most of the current feds, and don't agree w/ this program/debt-creation-program, I sort of see it as an attempt to boost the auto industry.

But socialicrats wouldn't do that.. unless they owned the auto-industry. Now they'll make money from Government Motors and make people feel the US can actually afford to fund all these dependency-creating socialist programs.

Unfortunately, people are thinking they are getting a great deal. The most basic economics lessons demonstrate supply-and-demand, a subject the people who created this program aren't known to be proficient in.(At least in practice.. they're not dumb, just a lotta bit twisted in how they accomplish their personal goals while in office). Some people might believe they are boosting the "auto industry" and thus entire economy, if not still believe they are getting a good deal. Regardless, MANY of these people who think they are truely saving $4500 from what they would have even five years ago(relative), are also they ones who shouldn't be buying new cars period, especially one they think they can afford and couldn't before.

In the end, we essentially have more people who will be candidates for government acts of socialism such as welfare programs. And in today's day, these programs are looking more and more "attractive" due to increases in ease to join, allowed periods of enrollment, and "payout."

God bless the Constitution of the USA, and protect us from becoming the USSA!!

(Yes Obama, I love my Pain-in-the-ass, 18 year old Japanese gas-guzzler. And I love to hate to work on almost anything on it! And I do so without going into debt to work on it, because I believe in working hard to buy the parts for me to work hard to fix/upgrade my own imported automobile. Get outta my country.)

I miss my Viggen. Ooh, oh so fast, hydrated(not thirsty), safe(from collision accidents and engine/systems damage), internally complex and superficially well-organized, logical, intelligent, styled, luxerious, comfortable, understated, sporty, personal, spirited, rare, individual, unique, quirky, characterly well-defined, classy, reliable, practical, spacious, .. perfect.

But I hafta love me a Z too, so the closest thing/most admirable modern compliment to the 240Z in the garage would be the 2nd generation 300ZX, and in Twin Turbo form for the max/ultimate experience!
