The talk before the law became active indicated not many people would be in a position to take advantage of it. I didn't expect everybody to pounce at once, but that seems to be what happened. My post was intended as a warning to people who were thinking of crushing their Zs. In rereading it, it looks like it might come off as more whine-y than I felt writing it (though admittedly there is some whine in my motivation).
