to the damn bank fee.....pisses me off when they do shit like this...you owe them money, they just take it from you. They owe you money,you need an act of Congress to get it back. good luck man... --wes : I paid off my Z last friday. Tuesday I noticed ~$300 missing from my savings acct and a $1 service charge. Called the bank I got the loan from and they told me they have no proof that I paid off the loan. It was an electronic transfer which I have a record of at my bank. They told me "sorry but its not in our system". Its been 4 days now since they took the $$ and they have admitted that their systems are fucked up and they did recieve the payoff and would refund the money. I'm still out $300.. What would you do? they took money they were not suppose to and I have had to fight for the last 3 days to get my money back, which still has not happened. Can I charge them interest?
